2. Eligibility

3. Free Service
The service is free and does not require signup. Batch uploads are limited to 20 images per upload to keep the browser experience stable.
4. Data Handling
Image processing runs in your browser. We do not save your uploaded or processed image files through the tool.
5. Your Responsibilities
You represent that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to process any image you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to edit and use each image and its output.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, remove ownership marks from content you do not have permission to edit, violate platform rules, or misrepresent the source or ownership of content.
7. No Affiliation
Gemini Watermark Remover is an independent tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini, Alphabet Inc., or any image generation provider. All product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided as is and as available. Results may vary by image, browser, device, and source file. We do not guarantee that every image will process perfectly or that the service will be uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
